# Joint Scholarship Program – MIT Biotechnology Group

The Joint Scholarship Program by MIT Biotech Group (MBG) and Harvard Biotech Club (HBC) offers scholarships to high school seniors interested in life sciences. Recipients will receive scholarship funds ranging from $500 to $1,000. Applicants will be asked to submit personal statements, demonstrate interest in biotech, list extracurricular activities, and provide additional information. The application window is from November to March, with winners announced in late March. An award ceremony and dinner event will be held in April, connecting winners with MBG and HBC members. Potential mentorship and sponsor engagement opportunities are also part of the program.
