Thesis Review Pamphlet instructions (for 2026 May degrees only)

for BSAD, MArch, SMArchS, and SMBT Students

• Materials submission deadline for May 2026 degree by TBD
• BSAD, MArch, SMBT, & SMArchS due to Dropbox link (please reach out to Joél Carela if you experience any access issues)
• Comms team to complete pamphlet draft and will send to students/staff for review by 5pm on TBD
• Student comments due back to Comms team with typos only (not updated images/text) by 5pm on TBD

Pamphlet

Important: You must upload to Dropbox link with your degree, thesis title, thesis committee, 250- to 300-word abstract, and image captions, and image(s).

We ask that you submit a filled-in template and the requested information below. We will send the drafts to you for review for your edits regarding typos only.

When uploading your InDesign files to Dropbox, please send the packaged InDesign files – not just a single InDesign file, since the attached images will get lost otherwise.

• How to package InDesign files:
• 1. Choose File > Package.
• 1. In the Package dialog box, click Package.
• 1. In the dialog box that appears, enter a name and choose a location for the folder that InDesign creates to copy the packaged content. Set any options and click Package, then click OK.
• *Make sure that your texts fit within the textbox of the template and watch out for overset texts. This may require you to reduce word count.
