Applicants who do not come from a math-based educational background should take a microeconomics course prior to matriculating into the MSRED program. This will better prepare students for the Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Economics courses.

The CRE has compiles a list of pre-approved microeconomics courses that have been taken by some of our admitted students in the past. This list includes both in-person and online options.
