Official Correspondence

All case documents and other official correspondence to the Committee on Discipline may be sent via email to osccs@mit.edu or addressed to:

Documents, correspondence, and other material may also be dropped off on the MIT campus (Stratton Student Center, room 507), or sent via fax to 617-252-1062.

Appointments

If you need to speak to the Committee on Discipline about making a complaint, responding to a complaint, completion of your assigned sanctions, or other information, make an appointment to meet with a staff member the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards (OSCCS).  OSCCS meets with students on behalf of COD and facilitates the discipline process, including communication with the Chair of COD.
