The traditional applicant to our program has 3-5 years of professional experience at the time of application. The  Young Leaders Program is a pathway to the MSRED degree for exceptional applicants with 0-3 years of professional experience.

The application process is no different for applicants who have less than the required 3-5 years of professional experience. However, applicants with less than 3 years of post-gradate professional experience must indicate that on the online application. Young Leader applicants may also provide 2 letters of recommendation from academic sources and one letter of recommendation from a professional source.

(Internships and work experience that occurred during undergraduate or graduate studies will not count towards professional experience)
