Become a BioREFS!

Are you an MIT Biology graduate student interested in helping support the greater MIT Biology community? Would you like to be part of a team of fellow biograds who are passionate about building community and providing peer support? Are you interested in learning how to be a better listener and how to help mediate conflict? Have you ever wanted to lead a workshop? If so, please consider joining the BioREFS!

What you would do as a BioREFS:

• Attend a training course on conflict management through MIT
• Commit approximately 5 hours a month on BioREFS-related activities including planning and hosting activities, providing peer support to members of the Biology community, and participating in allREFS meetings.
