## Canvas Tier 1 Support
**Canvas provides 24/7 assistance via the Help Menu** in your Canvas account. [Login to Canvas](https://caltech.instructure.com/) using your access.caltech credential, open the **Help** or "**?**" icon in the left-most global navigation menu, and choose support via online chat or phone *(we recommend calling to receive the most efficient service)*.
## Canvas at Caltech
**The Canvas at Caltech team**, which consists of members of Academic Media Technologies (AMT), the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Outreach (CTLO), and the Registrar's Office, is available for any Canvas questions M-F, 8 am – 5 pm PT.
