Science Journeys
School groups for students in grades 4-12 are invited to campus for a talk given by a Caltech graduate student or postdoctoral fellow who shares not only their research, but their pathway to Caltech and beyond. Caltech Astro Club Stargazing and Lectures
The Caltech Astro Club hosts monthly talks and stargazing events on campus, as well as at local pubs and eateries. Their upcoming events can be found here.
Earnest C. Watson Lecture Series
This lecture series, open to the public, features Caltech faculty discussing cutting edge research. The speakers and dates for the 2024-25 Watson Lecture series can be found here. Lectures are preceded by activities, music, and food for purchase outside the lecture venue.Lectures are open to all and free to attend, but registration is required to receive your ticket. Please register for each lecture using the event links on the website linked above.Many past Watson Lectures are available for viewing online on YouTube or on iTunes U.
