The CMS + IST Meeting of the Minds (MotM) is our department's annual showcase. The Caltech CMS Community, from undergrads to faculty, presents their research through a large outdoor poster session. It's a terrific opportunity to get to know both our department and the broader Caltech Community as we celebrate our research and our graduating students!

Timing and Location

Date and Time: \ Thursday, May 29th, 2025\ 2:00-4:00p.m.**\ Location:\ Outdoors — Lawn between Steele House and the Annenberg Center** on Caltech's campus.

Registration

To present a poster, register here.\ To help us plan the event, we ask that all Meeting of the Minds poster presenters register no later than May 22nd.\ \ No registration is required just to attend the event!\ We hope that everyone will attend to celebrate our community's research and our graduating grads and undergrads.

Information for Presenters

If you already have a poster from another conference, you are welcome to present it. If you will be creating a new poster for the Meeting of the Minds, please follow the guidelines below for printing.

If your faculty advisor/sponsor is not covering the cost of printing your poster, please contact Roberta Carvalho for departmental cost coverage.
