# Last Chance to Register for Commencement Activities

**May 22 Deadline to Register for Commencement Events**\
Graduating students and their guests are invited to join [various Commencement celebrations](https://commencement.caltech.edu/events#thursday-june-12-2025) on June 12 and June 13 at The Athenaeum and the President's Garden. **The last day to** [**register for these events**](https://securelb.imodules.com/s/1709/directory/interior.aspx?sid=1709&gid=3&pgid=2398&cid=6330) **is this Thursday, May 22**. Graduate students and guests can join the Graduate Studies Celebration Luncheon; undergraduate seniors and guests are invited to the Senior Graduation Banquet. In addition, the President's Garden Reception and Post-Commencement Luncheon are open to all graduating students and their guests. **Regalia Pickup on June 4**\
Students who have ordered regalia can [pick it up outside of the Caltech Store on June 4](https://commencement.caltech.edu/events#wednesday-june-4-2025). Caltech's office of Career Achievement, Leadership, and Exploration (CALE) will be on hand to distribute regalia and [learn about your post-graduation plans](https://career.caltech.edu/post-graduation-survey). Snacks, photo opportunities, and a special gift will be provided to all graduates (including those who did not order regalia). \

**Accessibility and Accommodation for Graduating Students**\
The Commencement event site will include a ramp to and from the stage for graduates using wheelchairs, scooters, or similar devices. Additional accommodations can be arranged by request.
