King Abdulaziz University, represented by the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dar-Almausoah Charity Association to encourage creativity and innovation in research, initiatives, and diverse academic programs. The signing took place on Thursday, 8 Ramadan 1447 AH, at the University President’s Office.

The MoU was signed by H.E. the University President, Dr. Tareef bin Youssef Alaama, while H.E. Prof. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Namlah represented Dar-Almausoah Charity Association. Through this agreement, both parties seek to integrate the University’s academic expertise with the Association’s knowledge-based role through enhanced cooperation in organizing conferences, forums, and specialized seminars in the educational, psychological, and pedagogical fields.

The MoU also aims to leverage the scientific capabilities of both parties by implementing cooperative training programs for students across the University’s academic departments in Islamic studies, Arabic language, and languages. It further seeks to unify efforts in conducting, reviewing, and publishing joint research, thereby enriching scholarly content in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.

The agreement includes organizing scientific events and educational lectures, as well as training courses and workshops aimed at serving the community. It also emphasizes institutional communication through exchange visits and the publication of joint research in areas of specialization of both the Association and the Faculty to enhance knowledge advancement.
