Assistant Professor to advance materials science for a sustainable future
Materials science at Chalmers combines excellent science with societal relevance, in a broad spectrum of research topics which span from curiosity driven research to devices and industrial applications. We address societal challenges with advanced materials theory and modelling, synthesis, characterization, and evaluation of properties. Our three main thematic research areas are Materials for energy applications; Materials for health applications; and Materials for green transitions.
Our research spans several departments, including but not limited to:

- Industrial and Materials Science
- Microtechnology and Nanoscience
