Students are obliged to report to the University each semester that they are continuing their studies by paying the ÖH fee and any prescribed tuition fee.

### Application Deadline for Non-EU/EEA citizens
#### Bachelor's, master's and doctoral programmes
Non-EU/EEA-citizen must submit the application for admission in complete form (with all documents and certifications) within this deadline. Otherwise, admission for the applied semester is not possible.
**Winter semester 2025/26**\
16 January 2025 until 15 July 2025
**Summer semester 2026**\
16 July 2025 until 15 January 2026
**NOTE!**
If you have an admission letter for the winter semester, you can enrol in person at the Admissions Office until 31.10. If you have an admission letter for the summer semester, you can enrol in person at the Admissions Office until 31.3. If supplementary examinations have been prescribed, which have to be taken in the **University Preparation Programme (VWU)** before admission to degree programme, you have to **register for VWU-courses latest by 25.8. (winter semester) or 23.1. (summer semester)**. Otherwise, attendance of the VWU is not possible.
### Application deadline for EU/EEA-citizens
#### Bachelor's studies
EU/EEA-citizen who do not have an [equivalent secondary school-leaving certificate](https://www.tuwien.at/en/studies/admission/bachelors-programmes/admission-with-an-international-school-leaving-certificate/equal-secondary-school-leaving-certificate) must submit the **application for admission in complete form** (with all documents and certifications) **within this deadline**. Otherwise, admission for the applied semester is not possible.
