# Madrid 2026 – the booming city of real estate

The **TU Wien Academy Field Trip Madrid 2026** offers compact and practical insights into the dynamic real estate market of the Spanish capital. The program combines technical expertise with excursions, project visits, and discussions with local market players.

Participants will gain a thorough understanding of current developments, investment strategies, and urban planning conditions in Madrid.

The field trip offers varied and exclusive insights into Madrid's real estate world. Please note that the program will be conducted exclusively in **English**.

### Costs

The cost for the field trip is **EUR 450.00** (VAT-free).

Any necessary bus transfers to the individual program locations are included in the price. Meals are only included if they are explicitly mentioned in the program.
