- Day 0 – Kickoff & Networking (February 21)\ Begin with valuable connections: At a relaxed evening reception with Nicholas Beaudoin, Director of AI Programs, you’ll meet fellow participants and set the tone for an intensive learning journey.
- Day 1 – Digital Transformation (February 22)\ Understand how disruptive technologies reshape entire industries. In hands-on workshops, you’ll develop concrete approaches to leveraging AI, IoT, and Change Management – and gain strategies to lead successful transformation.
