Who can participate in the program “Learning Journey Caltech – Managing Advanced Technologies (Deep Tech)”?

The program is held in California, USA, primarily at Caltech | Center for Technology & Management Education, with visits to partner institutions.

Are travel, accommodation, and meals included in the program fee?

No, the fee of EUR 6,600 covers participation in the program, but does not include travel, accommodation, or meals.

What steps are required to apply for the program?

You must complete the application form , submit a CV with photo as well as a copy of your passport, and send them to compact-programs@tuwien.ac.at. Prior enrollment at TU Wien Academy is not required.

Are there information sessions before I register?

Yes, there is a weekly Online Info Point via Zoom. Every Friday from 9:00–10:00 CET, interested participants can join to clarify their questions. Registration is not required.

Will I receive a certificate after completing the program?

Yes, all successful participants will receive a recognized certificate from TU Wien Academy confirming their attendance and acquired knowledge.
