The Austrian Academy of Management & Leadership serves as a network for executives, linking people, skills and knowledge from science and practice. Managers are currently challenged more than ever to navigate companies and non-profit organizations through turbulent times through their decisions. The Austrian Academy of Management & Leadership offers a network for executives and high potentials with management scientists in order to further refine leadership skills through an exchange of experiences and access to current research trends and to keep one's own knowledge base continuously up-to-date. Various activities of the Austrian Academy of Management & Leadership provide the framework for this.
