Countdown to this year's start of the TU real estate courses
Want to gain the qualifications you need for a career in real estate in just four semesters while working full-time, and also earn a master's degree or lay the foundation for a bachelor's degree? The real estate courses at TU Wien make it possible. Both courses start in October – apply now for the remaining places!
Do you have a bachelor's degree and want to complete your master's degree in real estate management at a renowned university while working? Then the MSc (CE) course at the TU Wien Academy for Continuing Education could be just right for you. In just four semesters, you will not only acquire the skills you need for a career in real estate, but also (in combination with relevant professional experience) the commercial qualifications for the professions of property developer, real estate agent, and property manager.
In addition, there is the university course in Real Estate Management, which also leads to the above-mentioned qualifications in four semesters. The only prerequisite for this course is a high school diploma (or equivalent qualification). After completing the four semesters, a bachelor's upgrade program can be added on request.
The two courses “MSc (CE) Real Estate Investment & Valuation” and “Real Estate Management & Property Management” will start shortly, so if you would like to join at short notice, this is possible. Please contact the real estate team at the TU Wien Academy for Continuing Education.
MSC (CE) Real Estate Investment & Valuation
