Student and Staff Exchange Services

The service unit Student and Staff Exchange Services provides services and support to:

INCOMING EXCHANGE STUDENTS, i.e. international exchange students intending to study at TU Wien in the framework of international mobility programmes (e.g. Erasmus+, Joint Study);
OUTGOING EXCHANGE STUDENTS, i.e. students of TU Wien intending to study abroad in the framework of international mobility programmes (e.g. Erasmus+, Joint Study);
STAFF members of TU Wien and international guests in the course of initiating co-operations and university partnerships.

Incoming Exchange Students: studying at TU Wien

Advice concerning planning a study stay at TU Wien, support during the stay in Vienna.

Outgoing Exchange Students: studying abroad

Advice and support in selecting the right grant programme and host institution, in the application process, financing, academic recognition at TU Wien, etc.

Staff: mobility grants, projects

Financing international trips of TU Wien staff and stays of international guests at TU Wien in the course of initiating co-operations and university partnerships; Coordination of international mobility programmes; Assistance in preparing and implementing international higher education and university management projects.
