Eventmanagement

The TU Wien is an ideal venue for conferences, seminars, concerts, exhibitions, honours ceremonies, presentations, workshops and many other types of events thanks to its good transport connections. TU Wien has numerous representation rooms, lecture halls and seminar rooms at its five main locations.

The Event Management team is responsible for coordinating rooms for events. If you are interested in one of our event rooms, please submit the online form at least four weeks before the event date. We will confirm the approval of your application after a processing time of up to two weeks, subject to room availability. The Eventmanagement team will be happy to guide you through the booking process.

For furniture, technical equipment and questions (WLAN, info screens, signposts, etc.), please contact the event technology team directly at veranstaltungstechniker@gut.tuwien.ac.at. The event technology hotline is available Monday to Friday between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm on +43 664 60588 5606.
