## The 34th cohort of the MSc (CE) Real Estate Investment & Valuation has started

On October 16, 2026, the **34th cohort** of the *MSc (CE) Real Estate Investment & Valuation* started at the TU Wien Academy for Continuing Education.

The academic directior **Univ.Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Bob Martens** the new students, to the two-year Master's program, which has been considered one of the most renowned continuing education programs in the Austrian real estate sector for decades.

The program combines scientific depth with practical relevance and offers participants the opportunity to expand their specialist knowledge and advance their professional development. The interdisciplinary composition of students from fields such as technology, law and business creates a diverse learning environment that promotes exchange and networking, and focuses on building a long-lasting professional network in addition to academic qualifications. Many graduates are now leading experts in the industry and are shaping the real estate industry in Austria.
