Dr. Harshad Khadilkar is a scientist in the Decision Sciences and Algorithms Lab within TCS Research & Innovation. His areas of expertise include analysis, modeling, and control of networked systems, focusing on transportation and energy. Harshad holds a Ph.D. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
