### About

Kaushik Dey is an accomplished professional in Machine Learning and Big Data with an experience of 20+ years across AI Research, Product & Solution development, Data Strategy and Architecture, Technology Consulting, Practice & P&L Management.

Currently as a Research Leader, Kaushik heads the AI/ ML Research in Ericsson Research Lab - India, with goal of furthering fundamental and applied AI Research in areas of Cognitive Network and Connected Intelligent Machines. His personal research interest is in the field of Reinforcement Learning and Autonomous Agents where he holds 20 international patents.

Previously as Head of Machine Learning and Big Data practice in Digital Services & Products division of Ericsson, he had setup the practice from scratch and grew the same to a 200 member team.
