Personal Information
I am Murthy H. S. N. a.k.a Murthy Haradanahalli S. N., Professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (popularly known as IIT Madras). I am from Bangalore, the capital city of Karnataka State in India. I finished my M.S.(2000) and Ph.D.(2004) in Aerospace Engineering at Purdue Univeristy, B.Tech.(1998) from the Dept. of Aero. Engg. at IIT Madras. Before joining IIT Madras for my BTech, I spent a memorable year at Bangalore Medical College (BMC), Karnataka, India. I like trekking and traveling in general. My dream is to visit all the continents in the world atleast once in my lifetime. I love to watch movies (either serious ones or non-sentimental comedies) and listen to Indian movie music (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil) and hip-hop.
