About
Harish Guruprasad is a Assistant Professor at Department of Computer Science & Engineering, IIT Madras. He received his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, and his ME in Systems Science & Automation from IISc. His research interests include the interface of statistics, learning theory, and convex analysis, and currently center on statistical consistency properties of algorithms for multiclass learning and structured prediction tasks. He is a recipient of the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) PhD Fellowship.
