The 23rd volume of the “Software Systems and Tools” collection has been published.

This issue is compiled from the works of students and postgraduates who received recommendations from the scientific seminar of the Department of Computing Systems and Automation. The editorial board continues the tradition of publishing it in memory of the department’s first head, L.N. Korolyov.

The thematic collection offered to the reader publishes articles dedicated to the problems of modern computer networks, machine learning methods, tasks, and algorithms of discrete optimization, analysis of network traffic.
