Program Description
The international master's program M.Sc. Management & Engineering in Technology, Innovation, Marketing & Entrepreneurship at RWTH Business School transforms industrial professionals into technology-savvy multi-talents. The individual full- or part-time study program with a stay abroad at the University of Cambridge combines specialized modules from business administration and engineering in three up to six semesters.
It is aimed at prospective students with a first professional university degree in a STEM-related field and relevant work experience who want to gain specialist knowledge and skills to successfully shape the digital transformation and their own digital working world with foresight, social skills and a sense of responsibility.
The master's program can be studied in full-time or part-time mode, online or on-campus. It offers not only access to a broad range of modern technical and methodological knowledge through diverse interdisciplinary combinations of key technology fields at RWTH Aachen University, but also the opportunity to acquire additional skills and management competencies to solve complex tasks in an increasingly digitalized working environment.

Prerequisites
Academic Background
- degree completed in a STEM related field (science, technology, engineering and mathematics)
- a minimum of 125 credit points in mathematics and/or natural sciences (e.g. chemistry and/or physics), and/or computer science and/or engineering including a minimum of 16 credit points in higher mathematics and statistics
- a minimum of 10 credit points in management and economics (conditional subjects will be obliged if criteria not met)
Professional Work Experience
- at least 1 year of professional work experience
Language Skills
- Profiency in English (Level B2)
