As the largest IT employer in the Aachen region, we are always looking for young, highly educated young professionals. We are always happy to hire graduates from RWTH Aachen University because the university's extensive research and teaching and good fundamental education that goes with it, prepare them for their future careers in the best possible way. RWTH not only teaches the necessary specialist knowledge that students can later draw on in their jobs. It also emphasizes the close integration of theory and practice, so students are prepared for the demands of business at an early stage, be it through practical semesters, collaboration on practical or research projects, or completing their final theses in the company. This, of course, benefits both entry-level professionals and future employers.
