Applicants who earn their diploma after 5 July at 12 noon (For IB /EB, see below)

All applicants (except if you have an IB exam or an EB exam) must document their upper secondary exam by 5 July at noon the year you apply for admission. It is not possible to be part of the intake if you do not have your final diploma by the 5 July deadline.\ \ If you wish to apply for exemption read more at dtu.dk.

International Baccalaureate (IB) or European Baccalaureate (EB) who earn their diploma after 5 July at 12 noon

If you apply for admission the same year as you finish your IB exam, you have to give us permission to retrieve your IB Diploma from an online database. You do this by contacting your IB coordinator no later than 1 June. The code your IB coordinator needs to give us permission to retrieve your results is 173405 – Technical University of Denmark.

If you apply for admission the same year as you finish your EB-exam, you can be part of the intake as long as you can document your diploma by 8 July at noon at optagelse.dk.
