# Applying for an MSc at DTU

Admission will be on a rolling basis. Hence, we advise that you apply at the earliest possible.

Our master’s degree programmes have a limited number of places. If we receive more qualified applications than available spots, admission will be based on pre-defined selection criteria and a point-based system specific to each programme. **Important:** Grades achieved after the application deadline cannot be included in the assessment.

Applications are processed on a rolling basis, and we maintain a waiting list.

## **What does it mean to be on the waiting list?**

If you’re placed on the waiting list, it means you have the potential to succeed in the MSc programme. However, it does not guarantee admission. To remain on the list, please follow the instructions provided in your waiting list letter.

Key dates for waiting list decisions and responses are outlined below:
