# How to pay tuition fees

Non-EU/EEA citizens must pay tuition fees at DTU unless they hold a Danish residence permit that exempts them.

You can pay your tuition fee to DTU via bank transfer or the DTU Webshop.
### Tuition fees
Tuition fees at DTU are 7500 EUR per semester excl. bank charges. If you have paid the application fee of 100 EUR, your first payment will be 7400 EUR.
Tuition fees are likely to be revised for the Autumn 2026 intake. Updates will follow on this site.
### Tuition fee deadlines
The tuition fee deadlines are as follows:

#### Pay through DTU Webshop
Pay the tuition fee through the[DTU webshop](https://aus.shop.dtu.dk/en/shop/msc-program-/106).
Note that the DTU webshop works best with the Google Chrome browser.

#### Pay through a bank transfer
It is recommended that you open a Danish bank account upon arrival.\

If you do not state your journal number we cannot register your payment and you may be asked to pay again.
NB: In case someone else is paying the fee on your behalf they must still include your journal number in the transfer information.
Please note that you are responsible for all fees in relation to the money transfer.
As soon as you have paid your first instalment, please send your bank receipt to [MScAdmissions@adm.dtu.dk](mailto:MScAdmissions@adm.dtu.dk) and remember to state your journal no.
