# Apply for vacant study places at DTU

If DTU has any vacant study places, these will be announced on [www.dtu.dk](https://www.dtu.dk/) from 28 July. If you would like to apply for one of the vacant study places, you apply through [UnistartDTU](https://unistart.dtu.dk/) after having read through the guidelines on [www.dtu.dk](https://www.dtu.dk/). Please be aware that you can only apply for a vacant place if you have an exam from one of the Nordic countries, EU/EEA, an IB or EB diploma.

The deadline for applying for admission to programmes with vacant study places is 7 August. You have to log onto [UnistartDTU](https://unistart.dtu.dk/) on 15 August to find out whether you have been offered admission.
