Immunization Requirements

State law requires that all students provide proof of immunity to certain diseases before arriving at the university. The immunization requirements are specified on the University Health and Counseling Services website. For students enrolling in Fall 2025, Northeastern University partners with Sentry MD, a confidential health record compliance service, to provide a streamlined document review and tracking solution. This process is designed to ease the management of your health requirements. All incoming students must submit the required vaccination documentation to Sentry MD by July 15, 2025, to demonstrate compliance.

To learn more and submit immunization information, review "Sentry MD" in the Student Hub under Health and Wellness. Any student failing to provide the required immunization documentation will be prohibited from registering for classes. Nonresidential Campuses

Students enrolled at a nonresidential campus are not required to submit proof of immunity: however, we do recommend they have a copy in their files.
