Mindful Sparks is founded by HKU alumnus Winston Lau (BSc). His passion for gastronomy, coupled with a background in brewing, laid the groundwork for his vision.

Initially drawn to craft beer, he soon realized that many friends and family sought non-alcoholic options, prompting a pivotal shift. Winston embraced the philosophy of mindfulness as a guiding principle. This philosophy permeates every aspect of Mindful Sparks, reflecting his commitment to intentionality and presence in drinking.

Sparkling tea will be on offer to HKU alumni on 14 March!
