HKU International Case Society (HICS) is recruiting members for the academic year 2025-26.

About HICS

Established in September 2012, HICS stands as the sole international case society in HKU. It is an exclusive student group formed on a selective basis, aiming to provide fundamental training in business analysis, presentation skills, case cracking, and more to HKU Business School undergraduates who display interest and exhibit strong potential in case competitions.\  \ Ideal candidates should demonstrate eagerness to learn and maintain an open-minded approach, fostering their growth in a diverse and dynamic community. \  \ By enrolling in HICS, selected members are provided with a structured training curriculum designed to cultivate high-caliber talents. Members also benefit from a tailored mentorship program aimed at fostering career aspirations, as well as opportunities to network with industry practitioners and represent HKU in renowned overseas case competitions.\

Important Dates

Online Application for HICS Membership 2025-26

Interested students should submit the following documents/information via the online application form by 23:59 p.m. on September 7, 2024 (Sunday): \  \ I. Personal Particulars & CV\ II. Self introduction & Why do you want to join?\ III. Short Case Simulation\  \ No late applications will be accepted. \  \ Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the selection interviews in mid-September. \

Important Note\  \ Please note that participating in the HICS 2025-26 entails a certain commitment of time and effort throughout the academic year 2025-26. If you are selected to join the society, you are required to pay a refundable deposit of HK$1,000 when accepting the offer. The deposit will be refunded back to you at the end of the academic year upon 80% attendance of all the events organized by HICS. \
