‘Do Did Dust Food’ is an innovative snack brand founded by HKU alumni Phoenix To (MSc 2023), Cherry Lee (MSc 2023), Peony Tsang (MSc 2023) and Hebe Wong (MSc 2023).

Originating from a project during their studies at HKU, the brand is driven by a commitment to sustainability, transforming upcycled okara — traditionally considered food waste — into delicious, guilt‑free treats. By combining eco‑friendly practices with culinary creativity, ‘Do Did Dust Food’ embodies the spirit of green living, offering a responsible way to snack without sacrificing flavor.
