Want to know more? Hear from some of our current Student Careers Ambassadors on why they applied for the role:

“I understand how stressful thinking about your career can be, but I’ve found the Careers Service very helpful in figuring out what options are available for me and where to find opportunities. So, I applied to be a Student Careers Ambassador to raise awareness about the support that other students can access, and hopefully encourage them to engage more with the Careers Service. Our role also involves figuring out different ways that the Careers Service can be improved, so it’s been exciting to come up with some creative ideas with the rest of the team.”

Joeille- Final Year Student

“I applied to be a Student Careers Ambassador for a multitude of reasons with the main one being to give back and support fellow students in their career journeys to make a positive impact on the student community. By creating a safe and welcoming environment we’ve hopefully helped students to explore their options, acquire experience and achieve their goals.”
