Canadian Loans

The Canada Student Loans Program provides repayable loans and non-repayable grants to help Canadian students pay for their post-secondary education. 

For information on applying please see the Canada Student Loans Program website at: https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/programs/canada-student-loans-grants.html or visit the website of your provincial Student Aid Office.

QMUL does not administer Canadian Student Loans, however, we do provide confirmations of enrolment and program information forms to support your loan application. Your provincial Student Aid Office will process your loans.

Program Information Forms

These forms are completed by the Student Records Office. To have your form completed, please:

1. Ensure your form is populated with your personal and program information.

2. Send us the form via the following method:

3. Visit AskQM and log in (if enrolled) or click on ‘Contact us’ (if not enrolled)

4. Open a new enquiry under the category ‘Financial Support’ and sub-category ‘Canadian Loans’

5. Upload the file (non-password protected) and write your message

We will then:  

• Complete, authorise, and stamp the form

• Return the form directly to you via AskQM

Confirmation of Enrolment Forms

These forms are completed by the AskQM Frontline Team only after you have been fully enrolled. To have your form completed, please:

1. Ensure that you have received confirmation of your full enrolment. You will find confirmation of this on your MySIS homepage.
2. Ensure your form is populated with your correct personal information.

We will then:  

• Complete, authorise and stamp the form

TL11A - Tax forms

These forms are completed by the Fees Office. To have your form completed, please send the form via the following method:
