Dates for Summer Pre-Sessional Programmes 2026

On Campus Courses

Course A1 (13 weeks)

13-week on campus applications: If you do not receive your visa by6th June(in time to arrive by 11th June), please change to online application, where latest acceptance of offer is 28th May.

CAS deadline: Wednesday 28 May.

Course B1 (9 weeks)

9-week on campus applications: If you do not receive your visa by 4th July(in time to arrive by 9th July), please change to online application, where latest acceptance of offer is 25th June.

CAS deadline: Wednesday 25 June.

Course C1 (5 weeks)

5-week on campus applications: If you do not receive your visa by 1st August(in time to arrive by 6th August), please change to online application, where latest acceptance of offer is 23rd July.

CAS deadline: Monday 21st July.

For courses taking place in person, please make sure you have a CAS issued in time for you to attend the course from the start date. If for any reason you need to switch to a shorter course or to an online course (e.g. you cannot travel in time to attend the first class), you must request the switch by the relevant deadline of the alternative course.

*Please apply as early as possible to ensure your application is completed in time for you to join for the first lesson on the Friday of each course.

Please note:Please speak to your Admissions Advisor if you cannot do any of these Pre-Sessional English courses; we may be able to advise other courses.

We will send the invoice for tuition, your computer log-on details, and your joining instructions to your home email address.

Pre-Sessional tuition fees are due before or on the first day of the programme. You will need to pay the full amount before you can be enrolled. The Fees Office will send you an invoice in the same manner as for your degree programme. For information on how to make the payment, please see Payment of Tuition Fees.

All teaching materials are included in the fees.

There are no extra examination costs.
