Do you know what you want to do after graduation? What are your strengths and what gives you satisfaction? What kind of position suits you? Don't worry, we are here to guide you on your path to a meaningful career!

With a team of four dedicated professionals, Charlotte Rosalie, Anne Christine de Haan, Annette Righolt, and Dick Hallegraeff, we offer a range of experience and expertise to help you find and walk your path.
The Programme
Do you want to delve into these questions? Sign up now for an individual career coaching program. Our career coaching program consists of three interactive sessions of 1 to 2 hours full of insights and inspiration. During these hours, spread over a few weeks, you will discover:
- Who am I? Explore your personality, values, and what truly drives you.
- What can I do? Discover your unique talents and skills that you can apply in your future career.
- What do I want? Clarify your goals and ambitions and visualise your ideal career path.
- How will I achieve this? Develop an action plan to reach your goals and make your dreams come true.
Content and Preparation
During the program, the coach uses various tests and exercises. In the first session, you will work on a future scenario. In the final session, potential positions will be concretely examined. As for preparation time (for taking the tests and exercises), you should expect about 2 half-days over a period of 4 weeks.
Meet Our Coaches
- Annette Righolt is an Honours Coordinator within FGGA. From 2009-2014, she was a Management Development advisor at KPN, where she guided talents towards (higher) management positions. Since 2016, she has been a career coach within the university and from 2018-2022, she worked as a faculty coach in the Leiden Leadership program. She has been a master coach and counsellor since 2011 and offers career coaching in both Dutch and English.\
- Charlotte Rosalie: As a community manager at the Institute of Public Administration and a certified trainer and coach in personal and professional development, Charlotte brings a unique mix of experience and passion for guiding students to their full potential. Her focus is on helping students become aware of their behaviour patterns, motivations, and goals so they can make empowering choices for their future.
