# Continuing your studies
In order to deepen your knowledge of Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology, we encourage you to continue your studies with a master's programme.
## Master's programmes in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology
Our bachelor’s degree will admit you to Leiden’s own one-year master’s programme in Anthropology. This enables you to conduct a three-month ethnographic research project on a socially relevant topic of your own choice anywhere in the world. The programme has three specialisations:
- [Global Ethnography](https://www.universiteitleiden.nl/en/education/study-programmes/master/cultural-anthropology-and-development-sociology/global-ethnography) provides you with the opportunity to develop and conduct an individualized research project at a location of your choice;\
- [Policy in Practice](https://www.universiteitleiden.nl/en/education/study-programmes/master/cultural-anthropology-and-development-sociology/sociology-of-policy-in-practice) teaches you to think along with organizations, helping them respond to the challenges they are facing in our quickly changing societies;\
- [Visual Ethnography](https://www.universiteitleiden.nl/en/education/study-programmes/master/cultural-anthropology-and-development-sociology/visual-ethnography) offers expanded training in the use of audio-visual methods for producing contemporary anthropological research.
