# Allergens and special diet information

Please note: the composition of products can change, as soon as we receive notification of this, the list below will be adjusted. There is also **a risk of cross-contamination** since all legal food allergens are present in our kitchens.

Gluten: includes wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats and their products.

Nuts includes almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, brazil nuts, pistachios and macadamia nuts and their products.

## Pilot Project Resto Coupure

The allergen information for all sandwiches, wraps, soups, and buffet dishes can be requested from the kitchen staff.
