# Final enrolment for international students

## When?

- As an international student, you can finalise your enrolment for academic year 2025-2026 from **01 August 2025**.
- We recommend you to finalise your enrolment after arrival in Ghent and after you have received your student visa (if applicable). A scan of the visa will be required for enrolment.

## How?

To check the status of your enrolment (application):

[Go to Oasis](https://oasis.ugent.be/oasis-web/registratie)

- In the 'Status', you can find information to finalise your enrolment.
  - Make sure that you submit all documents mentioned on your letter of admission by e-mail
  - All submitted documents will be verified Team International Admissions
  - When OK, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your enrolment
- **Attention**: make sure your correspondence address is up-to-date and you have added a picture in your profile
- After enrolment, you will receive a 'Welcome e-mail'

### Note

You may be requested to present your original application documents (legalised diploma and transcripts), before or after enrolment. **Make sure that you bring your original paper documents to Belgium.**
