Log in: go to oasis.ugent.be and log in with your Ghent University account (email address and password).

Keep your personal data up to date so that Ghent University can contact you correctly and any refunds can be processed smoothly.
- Address
- Mobile phone number
- Additional email address – this is a recovery email address: you need it to reset your Ghent University password if you forget it
- Bank account number
Tuition Fees
Check the payment status of your tuition fees. You will find:
- The total amount due
- An overview of all transactions
- The amount you still have to pay or will receive back
Re-enrolment
Re-enrol for the next academic year. This is possible for:
- A current program, continuing education, or new program (diploma target contract)
- Individual course units (credit target contract)

Download certificates
Download official certificates with an authenticity code that allows third parties to verify their authenticity. Available certificates:
- NMBS train certificate (not available for exam contracts) Please note: do not attach the certificate to the NMBS form.
- Proof of enrolment (available for up to 2 years)
- Insurance certificate (not for exam contracts)
- Certificate of graduation
- Proof of registration as a guest or exchange student

Arranging an exchange via OASIS

Registering your master's dissertation
Master's students register their master's dissertation via OASIS and submit the details to the faculty for approval.
- Fill in the title, language, and supervisors
- Submit your master's dissertation to your faculty for approval
