How to pay your tuition fee and currency in Belgium

From July 2025 on you can pay your tuition fee online
General
Payment requests are always mailed to the student.\ You can not pay the tuition fee in cash.\ On Oasis you can check your account balance before and after the payment.\ Caution: it takes at least 2 to 5 working days before your payment is registered. Payments from abroad may take a little longer (up to 10 days)
Online payment
In the mail with the payment request you can find a pay button.\ After the payment is done this pay button will turn green.\ At that moment a payment confirmation is also mailed to you.

If you prefer to pay by transfer you can find all bank details on the payment request and here below.\ Please don't forget to mention the payment reference.\ No payment confirmation is mailed after you made the payment.
