The composition of the salad bar often changes, and we continue to renew the offerings.

You can complement your salad with a small roll or, why not, visit the hot counter and ask for a small or large portion of fries.

The payment method varies slightly at different locations. At Resto Ardoyen, we use a cash register with an integrated scale. If you benefit from the discounted rate, you pay € 13,25 per kilogram. At Resto De Brug we do not yet have these special cash registers and work with a fixed rate of € 5,30 (discounted rate) per salad.

Everywhere, if you eat on-site, you assemble your salad on a plate. If you prefer to take your salad with you, there are two options: either you buy a black meal box (€ 0,50) or a sturdier and more sustainable Kio meal box (€ 6,00), or you bring your own lunchbox. The black meal box is less sturdy but can certainly be reused multiple times. The Kio meal box is very sturdy and will last a long time. However, it is obviously better to use what you already have. At the cash register, you receive the lid of your meal box. Next time, you bring the meal box and lid back and pay at the cash register (upon showing your lid) only for your salad. Additionally, you can also use these meal boxes for our hot meals. At Resto Ardoyen, when weighing the salad in your own lunchbox, the weight of the Kio box will be used.
