A screening of Eat More Trees, the brand-new documentary of Belgian producer Arne Focketyn which is narrated by Maaike Cafmeyer (English subtitles).
The film explores one of the greatest challenges for our future: the rapidly declining availability of fertile agricultural soil. What happens if we completely exhaust our soils?
The documentary outlines the potential consequences for food supply, ecosystems, and biodiversity, and highlights why this issue concerns us all.
The documentary premiered in February at the Ostend Film Festival, where it won the audience award.
