All students, including international students, are welcome in [Ghent University’s Student Centre](https://www.ugent.be/student/en/studentcentre/overview.htm) for any questions and student services. Drop by during opening hours.

We are responsible for assisting international students who apply and enrol at Ghent University. We provide information to prospective international students on admission requirements, enrolment procedures and study opportunities. We process applications from international degree students.

## How do we support applicants and students?

- We are students’ first point of contact for information about the admission requirements and application procedure.
- We enrol international degree (bachelor – master – PhD) and incoming exchange students.
- When students need help from somebody else, we direct to the right Ghent University departments.
