This educational leadership program integrates educational theory, proven practice, and leadership competencies into a real-world, problem-based curriculum. The program uniquely positions graduates to manage the complexities of educational organizations, affect school change, and shape the educational policies that bear on the practice of the diverse educational settings in our region. The CANDEL program envisions a society where all students and stakeholders are supported to reach their highest potential by bold, visionary, and collaborative educational leaders committed to equity and social justice.
