# Thesis Submission and Fees

## **Thesis Submission** **Graduate Students**
You must complete the registration process and pay the programme fees for all years including the trimester/year in which you are submitting your thesis. You can only submit your thesis when you are fully-registered and all outstanding fees and charges have been paid.
**Minor Thesis (Graduate Taught & Graduate Research students)**
| **Submission Date:** | Last working day in the term for which you are registered. Check the term dates . |
| **Exceptions:** | Module or Programme Coordinators may, where appropriate, set deadlines for submission of Minor Theses prior to these dates. |

### Extensions & Fees:
If you do not submit your thesis by the deadline, and you need to extend registration into the next academic session, the following fee implications will apply:\
\
Submission in Autumn Trimester - 33% of full year’s fee payable.\
Submission in Spring Trimester - 67% of full year’s fee payable.\
Submission in Summer Trimester - full year’s fee payable.\
\
\* Please note that registering for a new academic session results in a full year’s fee appearing on your fee account prior to submission of the thesis. A thesis cannot be submitted unless all relevant fees and charges have been paid. Fee charges will adjust to reflect your registration, as appropriate.\
