The Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing is governed by the general principles on information and privacy of the University of Waterloo.

Publishing and Sharing of Contest Results\ The name, grade, school and location, and score range of some top-scoring students will be published in the results section of this website. In addition, the name, grade, school and location, and score of some top-scoring students may be shared with other mathematical organizations for other recognition opportunities.

Third Party Agents\ The CEMC occasionally uses third party agents for the purpose of contest marking, events and workshops. These agents are obligated to keep any information provided by the CEMC confidential in accordance with all federal and provincial regulations, such as FIPPA, and policy requirements of the University of Waterloo.
